True 4-Axis Milling?

The DentaSwiss milling machine claims to have 4-axis milling. However, the STL preprocessing seems to eliminate all undercuts on the models, which makes the 4th rotational axis essentially irrelevant. I have seen it rotate and milling simultaneously before, and made a dodecahedron with side engravings to try and replicate that process. It totally did not work.
